Block Island Ferry

Working with the McGuinness Media team, I re-engineered the Block Island Ferry website, a legacy platform that had become unstable under load, rebuilding it to reliably serve roughly 3,000 daily users. The work focused on performance and reliability: profiling what was failing, restructuring the build, and hardening it against the traffic spikes that come with a seasonal ferry service.
